City Council Regular Meeting Minutes

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor ProTem Tull on May 27, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Peterson, Huffman, Tull, Hodges and Cruz. Staff present was City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and City Administrator, Allison Kitzman. Visitor was Colleen Larimer.
Peterson made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Hodges made a motion to approve 5/12/25 regular meeting minutes, seconded by Huffman, all ayes, motion carried. Cruz made a motion to approve payment of the bills, seconded by Peterson, all ayes, motion carried.
Peterson made a motion to approve Dally Post Saloon Class C Retail Alcohol License with Outdoor Service, seconded by Huffman, all ayes, motion carried.
Hodges made a motion to approve El Guero Mexican Restaurants and Cantinas, LLC Class C Retail Alcohol License, seconded by Peterson, all ayes, motion carried.
Peterson approved the replacement of past council member, Nelson with recently appointed council member, Huffman for the council committees, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried.
Hodges motioned to adjourn the meeting, Peterson seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:37 PM.
