City Council Special Meeting Minutes

A special meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on March 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Peterson, Huffman, Tull, Hodges and Cruz. Staff present were City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and City Administrator, Allison Kitzman.
Cruz made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Tull, all ayes, motion carried.
At 5:00 PM Hodges opened the Public Hearing on Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY26, seconded by Peterson. There were no comments heard from the public. At 5:02 PM, Peterson made a motion to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Tull, all ayes, motion carried.
Hodges motioned to adjourn the meeting, Cruz seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM.
