CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
April 8, 2024 - 5:00 p.m. - City Hall
A special meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on April 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Tull, Hodges and Cruz; Peterson and Nelson were absent. Staff present was City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and City Administrator, Allison Kitzman.
Tull made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried.
At 5:00 PM, Tull opened the Public Hearing on Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY 25, seconded by Hodges. There were no comments heard from the public. At 5:02 PM, Hodges made a motion to close the Public Hearing, seconded by Cruz, all ayes, motion carried.
Tull motioned to adjourn the meeting, Hodges seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:03 PM.
